Our stories are about some of the things that matter most in our lives--things like our families, our loves, our fears and joys, our challenges and triumphs. We mean to write them down but it seems like such a monumental task. Where do I begin? How do I wade through the memory fragments and make sense of it all?
Guided Autobiography (GAB) helps us to recall and write about important parts of our life stories.
We write only two pages a week. So doable.
We learn. We talk. We share the laughter, sorrow, joy, regret, and love of real lives.
